取り切り替え
従来、ロットIDは数字のみ使用できましたが、文字も使用できるよう機能追加しました。
※ただし、VGOSV1.x、もしくはV2.xマシンは、従来通りロットIDは数字のみのため、前
述のマシンとVGOSV3.xが混在する場合、ロットIDは数字を使用して下さい。
もし、V3.x以外のロットIDに文字が含まれていた場合、従来の仕様通り、その文字は
「0」として扱われます。
対応しました。
