3.5.2 Calculation formula for “vacuum check before dump”
Example:
Vacuum level before pickup: 179
Vacuum level after pickup: 195
Vacuum level before dump: 180
Mount vacuum: 30%
“Error judgment vacuum level” = ( 100 - 30 ) / 100 * ( 195 - 179 ) + 179
= 190
In this case, machine determines that a part fell and displays error because ”Vacuum level
before dump”(180) is smaller than “Error judgment vacuum level”(190).
If “Vacuum level before dump” < “Error judgment vacuum level”
, machine judges that part
fell.

3.5.3 Invalid vacuum difference
When using parts of which vacuum level does not rise while pickup parts, or when heads
pickup no parts while vacuum on, occur ”Ea3269: Parts Dump Vacuum Check Error” at
every dump action because “vacuum level before pickup” and “vacuum level after pickup”
are almost the same.
To prevent this, when the difference of “vacuum level after pickup” and “vacuum level
before pickup” is smaller than ”Invalid Vacuum Difference”, machine can ignore result of
vacuum check.
Example:
Vacuum level before pickup: 179
Vacuum level after pickup: 181
Vacuum level before dump: 180
Mount vacuum: 30%
Invalid vacuum difference: 3
“Invalid vacuum level” = “Vacuum level before pickup” + “Invalid vacuum difference”
= 179 + 3
= 182
In this case, machine ignores result of vacuum check because “Vacuum level after
pickup”(181) is smaller than “Invalid vacuum level”(182).
