product arrives at ASM.

If the order is not in our system, it will have to be clarified and you lose valuable time.

Follow these rules to make sure that our receiving department recognizes

your shipment and forwards it to the repair center right away:

 Use only the SIPLACE Repair Service sticker.

 Fill out all the fields on the SIPLACE Repair Service sticker.

 Pack the product appropriately.

 Fold the sticker and attach it to the outside of the box in an easily visible location.
