5 New Features
5.1 Changes
The following changes have been made:
• Support for the SIPLACE Pro 11.2, Monitoring 11.2, Setup Center 6.3, Traceability 3.6 SP 1
Please consult the SIPLACE OIB SDK documentation for object model changes.
5.2 New Functionality
The following features are new compared to the SIPLACE OIB V3.2 Version.
• 2 new SIPLACE Studio plug-ins replace the Operation Manager Plug-in (OIB Configuration Editor):
Factory Explorer: Shows Factory Layout and registered services
Subscription Admin: Shows WS-Eventing subscription data
• Connection checks events in Setup Center Proxy
• New X Feeder Cycle Count in Setup Center Events
• The OIB 3.3 Setup Center Adapter supports Setup Center Version 6.3.
• Setup Center 6.3 has the ability to read the cycle count of each division of an X-Feeder,
when it is placed on a station.
• A prerequisite is, that the station software has to support this functionality, i.e. Version
707.1.
• With the OIB 3.3 Setup Center Adapter or higher you get the X-Feeder Cycle Count data
with the FeederPlaced and InstantFeederPlaced events.
• The information is stored in a new list of feeder divisions with the new property
CycleCount.
• The station software will also calculate the pickups for each division. The calculated offset
will also be reported to Setup Center in the following cases:
1. Setup change (also partial setup download, if there is a difference in setup content)
2. Resynchronization between Setup Center and station after broken connection
3. Restart of Setup Center
• The offset will be added to the CycleCount and reported to the clients.
• New methods in Setup Center to Get and Update Packaging Units (not the PU Chain).
• Display Service Viewer support on a line computer
