检查印刷工作台上是否有锡膏残渣;
Check if there are remains of solder paste on the workbench ’
用干净的棉布沾少许酒精做必要的清洁;
Moisten a piece of cotton cloth with alcohol to do some necessary cleaning;
检查传输系统及定位夹紧部位上是否有锡膏残渣;
Check if there are remains of solder paste in the system of transportation as well
as the positions for fixing and clamping;
取下工作台四周盖板,用干净的棉布清洁导向杆及直线导轨;
Take
off the covers of the workbench and clean the steering bar and linear guide
with a piece of clean cotton cloth;
用 NSK 导轨、丝杆专用润滑油润滑导向丝杆及直线导轨;
Lubricate the steering bar and linear rails with NSK special lubricant for guide
rails and bars;
用棉布沾少许酒精清洁传感器;
Moisten the cotton cloth with a little alcohol and use
it
to clean the sensor;
需要时调整 X 、 Y 运动方向的同步带,调整方法同刮刀同步带;
Adjust the synchronous belts which run in the direction of X, y in the same way as
the adjustment of the belts for the squeegee;
将盖板重新盖好。
Put the covers back.

打开机器下部气动组件柜门及柜箱;
Open the cabinet door of pneumatically elements below the machine;
清洁机器下部工作台升降丝杆和直线导轨;
Cleanse the elevating screw and linear rail on the workbench below the machine;
用 NSK 丝杆、导轨专用润滑油润滑升降丝杆和导轨;
Lubricate the elevating screw and guide rail with NSK special lubricant for screws
and guide rails;
关闭气动组件柜门;
Close the cabinet door of the pneumatically elements;
定期检查工作台顶板阻挡螺钉磨损情况,保证工作台上升接触到阻挡螺钉时,工 作
台板面到运输导轨上平面的高度为 110 ± 0.02mm 。
Periodically check the abrasion pattern of the barrier screw on the top board of
the workbench and when the workbench lift to the barrier screw, the height
between board of the workbench and the surface of the transportation guide rail
is 110 ± 0.02mm 。

在机器开始工作前打开机器前下部气动组件柜门;

begins to work;
检查空气过滤器是否正常工作(拧下水隔下端的螺帽,检查是否有水滴落) ;
Check if the air filter can work normally (Screw off the nut cap and see if there is
water dropping down);
检查各气动组件及管路有无漏气现象;
Check if there is air leakage in the pneumatically elements and pipelines;
按照 气路原理图 检查并调整压力表上的压力,使压力符合要求。
Check and adjust the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge according to the
illustrative pneumatic chart and make the pressure measure up to the standard.
