: Insert the plug-in nipples for the new hose band into the existing hoses on the gantry and press
them in firmly using the hose pliers.

: Lay a new pressure plate under the hose band in the clamp on the gantry.

: Glue two of the clamping plates again onto both metal clips of the clamp with the aid of the
double-sided adhesive tape.
: Lay one of these clamping plates with a metal clip onto the sevenfold hose and screw down
the package firmly as shown in the picture (4 screws). The screws must be secured using Loc-
tite 241.

: Screw down the four inner screws tightly cross-wise using a torque of 0.7 +/- 0.2 Nm and then
coat them with lacquer.
Mark the clamp on the upper side with a green point.
In this way one can recognize later whether new pressure plates have been installed.
