4.BasicSpecifications
A) Abouttheproductionboardcount
The number of producted board is counted up when the board reachs at the exit position as
before. When this function is used, the number of producted board is counted up when the
board reachs at the exit sensor because the board cannot be stopped and be tranferred to
the downstream machine.
B) Aboutthelog
When there is a board between the downstream machine and the upstream machine (“the
baord wait across the machine” state), the board is treated as a board of the downstream
machine. Therefore, the transfer time from the “the baord wait across the machine” state to
the board fixing position, is measured as transfer cycle time of the downstream machine.
The transfer time of the upstream machine is displayed by reaching time to the exit position
as before.
C) Abouttherecoverymethodafterthetransfererror
When the transfer error occurred, according to the instructions of the error message, please
move the board to the transfer destination position and restart auto-running.
When the board is stucked between machines, “Ea7337: BOARD TRANSFER ERROR” is
displayed, please move the board to the wait position of the downstream machine and
restart auto-running (cf. figure 4.1).
About the other transportation errors, please refer to "Chapter.6. Error message."

5.Settings
5.1.WayofSettings
From this version, the following settings are added on [Machine Information] - [Installation
Setting] - [Software] (See Fig6.1). When you do not use this function, please set “Disable” on
the following red frame settings.
1. [Wait Across Machine(Upper)]
2. [Wait Across Machine(Lower)]

This function can be set individually in upstream (Upper) side and downstream(Lower) side, so
please set “Enable” / “Disable” as needded. Factory default setting is “Disable”.

Unexpected Board is on the conveyor.
On the auto-running or the transfer, two
boards are detected at the same time.
When the stopper of the mount position is
going to rise during sync transfer, this error
occurs when the next board arrives at the
mount position.
Please
move the boards to the transfer
destination position and restart
auto-running.
When this error occurs many times, please
input a value bigger than the present value
on the machine setting [Setting] –
[Mechanical] – [Position] – [Fast Trans Delay
Timer] (note 1).

WARNING:WaitAcrossMachineUpper
Setting
The setting of "Upper Handling" is not
"ADVANCED_GATE" though the setting of
"Wait Across Machine(Upper)" is "Enable".
It need to be set "ADVANCED_GATE" so
that "Wait Across Machine(Upper)" work
effectively.
Please confirm the settings are set as
follows.
1. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] - [Upper
Handling] : ADVANCED_GATE
2. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] - [Wait

2. Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] button of
the downstream machine and this machine.
3. Insert the board from the exit position of
this machine to the wait position of the
downstream machine.
4. Restart auto-running.
