È Klicken Sie im Feld ’Aktionen’ den Schaltknopf ’Löschen’ an.
È Klicken Sie im Feld ’Komponenten des Stellortes’ die schwarz unterlegte Kameraanzeige
nochmals an.
Der Kameraeintrag wird gelöscht.
11.2.2 Neue Kamera konfigurieren
È Klicken Sie im Feld ’Aktionen’ den Schaltknopf ’Zuordnen’ an.
È Doppelklicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche ’RV_Cam_14_15x15’.
Die Kamera wird im Feld ’Stellbare Komponenten’ angezeigt.
È Klicken Sie im Feld ’Stellbare Komponenten’ die Kamera.
Damit ist die neue FC-Kamera konfiguriert.
11.2.3 Neue Konfiguration sichern
È Klicken Sie in der Desktop-Menüzeile ’Datei’ und danach ’Datenmanager’ an.
Das Hauptfenster des Datenmanagers wird geöffnet.
È Doppelklicken Sie auf die Ikone ’Stammdaten’.
Das Stammdatenfenster wird geöffnet.
È Öffnen Sie das Verzeichnis ’Stationen’.
È Wählen Sie die betreffende Station.
È Doppelklicken Sie im Feld ’Doppelklick’ auf den Schaltknopf ’Übersetzer’.
Das Übersetzerprogramm für die Station wird gestartet. Nach kurzer Zeit erscheint eine Dia-
logbox mit der Meldung, daß die Datei übersetzt wurde.
È Klicken Sie ’OK’ in der Dialogbox an.

1Overview
These instructions describe how to retrofit the DCA option for SIPLACE 80F5 placement sys-
tems. 1
To retrofit the DCA option, the 6-nozzle revolver head of the 80F5 placement system must be
equipped with a new component camera system. The vision analysis unit in the control unit is also
replaced with a unit that also incorporates the DCA option. 1
The DCA component camera system essentially consists of the following components: 1
– New camera housing (item 1 in Fig. 1 - 1)
– New CCD camera with 4 illumination planes
– New illumination board for the illumination control (item 2 in Fig. 1 - 1)
– New ribbon cable for the star motor (item 4 in Fig. 1 - 1)
– New cover for the 6-nozzle revolver head with FC camera
– MVS 340 vision analysis unit, DCA option (item 1 in Fig. 1 - 2)
This will enable the 6-nozzle revolver head to insert 1
– flip-chips and
– bare dies
on the 80F5 placement system, in addition to standard components. 1

The camera system and illumination control form a single unit and must always be replaced to-
gether during servicing. 1
