Notes:

2. Exhaust gas flows are based on a 3-1 entrainment ratios. Different entrainment ratios may be necessary. Consult you local HVAC specialist if necessary.

3. BTU recommends the use on filtration on customer's exhaust system to prevent the build up of effluents in the duct work.

4. Recommended supply line is 0.62" inside diameter. Larger diameters may be required for long supply lines.

5. BTU recommends 20 °C water for 400 °C application

Maximum Operating Temperature - 350 Degrees Celsius

Nominal Operating Temperature - 100 to 300 Degrees Celsius

1. SELECT THE APPROPRIATE VOLTAGE COLUMN FOR HEATER AMPS AND KW RATINGS. T = TOP

2. FOR 3 PHASE 4 WIRE SYSTEMS REFER TO THE PHASE VOLTAGE. FOR EXAMPLE; B = BOTTOM

AT 380/220V USE THE 220V COLUMN L = LEFT

AT 400/230V USE THE 230V COLUMN R = RIGHT

AT 415/240V USE THE 240V COLUMN S = SIDE

C = CENTER

3. THE CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON NOMINAL RESISTANCE AND VOLTAGE. THE

APPROXIMATED HOT RESISTANCE:
