“BoardDataChangewithoutStopFunction”hasbeenadded.
Beforethisfunctionadded,inthecaseofthechangingtheboarddata,itwasnecessarytomake
wholemachinetheRESETstate.Fromthisversion,youcanchangetheboarddataononelane
whiletheotherlanecontinuesproducing.Thissavestimestoppingthemachineforchangingthe
boarddata,andtheoperationratioofthemachineimproves.
Thisfunctionisactivewhenthemountmodeis“ParallelLanes”.
3. Limitation
• LaneSelectSwitchisnecessarytobeattached.

4.1 Setting at “Machine”
Set[Machine]–[MachineInformation]–[OptionSetting]–[DetailSetting]–[BoardDataChange
withoutStop]to“ON”(seeFig4.1).

5. Operation Method of Changing Board Data
5.1 Change in the whole lane state is RESET
Thereisnochangeintheboarddatachangingmethodinthestateofwholelanereset.
5.2 Change in the one side lane state is RUNNING
Resetalanewhichyouwanttochangeitsboarddata,andselectthenewonefromtheBoard
data select screen. You can select the board data even while the other lane is running (see
Fig.5.1).
