4.1.3.2 Downgrade
There are sub-systems that cannot or should not be downgraded. This includes sub-systems with
the name “FEEDER” (embedded software for feeder) and “ILLUMI” (embedded software for
illumination control of the camera). Consequently, if a machine is downgraded from a higher station
software version to a lower one, the embedded software versions of these sub-systems are not
changed.
NOTICE
New versions of these sub-systems are explicitly tested for compatibility with older
station software versions.
