: Connect the existing connectors of electronic valve and sensor to the new tape cutter fre-
quency controller board.
Watch on for the agreement of the numbers between connector and PCB board.
Connect a pair of numbers.

Please be careful the electronic valve connector direction. Because the connector can connect
reverse direction. 2

: Conect the red access cable (+) of the connector on pin (+) of the connector socket at the PCB
board.

2.5 SITEST
: Start SITEST.
: Do the cutter control moving test by SITEST.
: In case of failure reject and check the connector on both control units.

2.6 Movement
: Set the cutter movement frequency by setting the dial.
The indication has 16 notations (0 to F), restricted of the tape cutter timing by "display number
(setting dial number) x 2"
2.6.1 Example
In case of dial set "1" 2
Machine side sends the tape cut command signal, but the additional tape cutter frequency con-
troller neglects twice. 2
Then comes the 3rd time command signal, the cutter is moving. 2
In case of dial set "2" 2
Machine side sends the tape cut command signal, but the additional tape cutter frequency con-
troller neglects 4 times. 2
Then get the 5 time command signal, the cutter is moving. 2
Therefore, always neglect the number of commands (setting dial number x 2), then get the next
time command signal, the cutter is moving. 2
In case of dial set "0" 2
It is as same as normal condition cut (not neglect the machine side command signal). 2

The counter is resetted by machine power down during neglect the command signal (prevent of
the over necessary time cutting situation) 2

After installation of the frequency controller it is very important to find or control the maximum
length of the empty tape after cutting to avoid the danger of head crash because of empty tape
jam between feeder and empty tape channel. 2
