Feeder Carriages #1 and #2 return to the component
replenishment position due to component shortage.
Feeder Carriages #3 and #4 are used in the alternate mode.
The component replenishment is completed for Feeder
Carriages #1 and #2.
The operator must press the [READY] button.
When the warning message in the "Machine Information"

the object feeder carriage's movement.
The component shortage data is outputted and the
pertinent tape feeder must be replaced for com-
ponent replenishment.
When the tape feeder is not replaced correctly for
component replenishment, a warning message is
issued in the "Machine Information" window (Fig. 3).

2.3.2 Cancellation of Alternate Mode for Priority Unit
When the "Start Protection ON" status is detected after the priority unit
has become available in the automatic operation ("ALTERNATE FDR.
AXIS/CARRIAGE" mode) and has been set ready for alternation, a warn-
ing message is displayed in the "Machine Information" window (Fig. 6)
and the machine keeps on its automatic operation without alternating
the current unit with the priority one.
This warning message is displayed every time the above-described case
is encountered in the "Start Protection ON" status.

The automatic operation starts (in the middle of compo-
nent replenishment for F1 and F2, etc.)
when the machine is in the "Start Protection OFF" status
and the [READY] buttons on Priority Axes F1 and F2 are
turned OFF.
Automatic Operation with Non-Priority Axes F3 and F4
The "Machine Information" window (Fig. 6) opens at the
timing of returning to the priority axes after the end of
automatic operation for a piece of P.C.B. The machine
keeps on its automatic operation, using F3 and F4
without returning to the priority axes.
Because the machine is in the "Start Protection ON" status
when the [READY] buttons are pressed for Priority Axes
F1 and F2, the "Machine Information" window (Fig. 3)
opens.
While the machine is in the "Start Protection ON" status,
the "Machine Information" window (Fig. 6) opens every
time the automatic operation for a piece of P.C.B. is
completed.
