介面
&PLC
1.1 架構及功能
人機介面主要在於設定所要的測試模(如單機或連有無前後站等設定,而 PLC 要在
控制 PCB 進出板、夾板,與 Main Pc 相互傳檢測或 Pass/Fail 等訊號(透過 RS-232 cable;一般
機台架設在 in-line 狀態下,比較有進出板不良或前後站架設不良的狀大致說明些可
會發生故障排除:
1. 當遇到所檢測的 PCB 比較時候在檢測完畢 PCB 出板而下一 PCB 板,此時可
同時遮蔽到 Sensor1(進板 Sensor)及 Sensor2減速 Sensor,在 PLC 的程式邏輯中,Sensor1
Sensor2 是不同時感應到則蜂嗚器會響而板自動出板,此時可調整 Sensor1 Sensor2
的相對位置避免同時遮蔽造成不正常運行設定時例外。
2. 前後站連接請依 SMEMA 定接線,另外 Port2 pin5/6 提供 Test Pass short 訊號.
#以上連接接點皆為一乾接,故無正負極性之分。
1.2 人機介面作方式
1 起始畫面( 1.1):開機後 5 ,畫面跳至起始頁( 1.1)此時會模式設定,方
定,其他定,示與復歸五種選項。
