1. 概要
1-1 定义
所谓MS参数,是记录机器之装配状况的参数将作为机器动作的基准。MS参数中有5个项目:
始设置用于记录有没有选项和记录动作标准等偏移量设置用于记录组装时相对于设计值的误
差;调整确认用于对真空等的调整进行确认;版本升级用于更换控制基板后从新改写基板的
动作软件并进行记录,显示用于切换图像画面上的设置项目的显示。

MS参数的操作菜单,分为初始设置、偏移量设置、调整确认、其他
初始设置: 主要用于安装装置时。(详情请参阅第3章)
偏移量设置: 用于机器零件的更换等场合。(详情请参阅第4章)
调整确认: 用于取得偏移量后或更换机器零件后的确认。
(详情请参阅第6章)
版本升级: 当更换了Ether Main基板、IP-X5基板、BaseCarry基板以及LNC60时,用于向各
基板拷贝动作程序。(详情请参阅第5章)
