"Safety Precautions" describes the precautionary items that should be kept to prevent personal
injury or property damage beforehand and use the machine safely.
Before using this machine, please understand the contents of the following safety
precautions.
1. About Safety Precaution Labels
The safety precautions are expressed, using the combinations of safety alert symbols "
" and headwords such as "DANGER", "WARNING", or "CAUTION" according to the degree of
danger. Please fully understand the meaning of each precautionary item for safety purposes.
The safety alert symbols "
" are used to indicate a potential personal injury hazard.
Please pay attention to all safety messages that follow the safety alert symbols to avoid any
possibility of injury or death.
DANGER
This indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, will result in death or serious injury. This signal word
is limited to the most extreme situations.
WARNING
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
A precautionary item identified as " CAUTION" may also lead the operator to reach a
serious result. To avert a serious result, please respect the described cautions.
NOTICE
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, may result in property damages.

2. General Safety Instructions
Basic Precautions

Before operating this machine, make sure to read the instruction manual carefully for
correct operations.

Please keep the instruction manual in a safe place within reach.

Follow the instructions in the instruction manual for correct handling of the machine.

Make sure to fully understand the contents of the safety instructions in this instruction
manual and follow these instructions.

Pay special attention to the precautionary items labeled on this machine or described in
the instruction manual and make sure to follow them. If the precautionary items are
ignored, it will result in personal injury or property damage (damage to the machine).

Make sure to follow the operational instructions for this machine described in this
instruction manual.

Never modify the machine or use any part other than the specified ones for the machine.

3. Common Precautionary Items
Precautions before Use
●
Only a well-trained person should operate the machine.
Do not allow any untrained person to operate the machine.
Mishandling of the machine can cause a serious accident.
●
Before operating the machine, please read the instruction manual carefully for correct
operations.
●
Although the precautionary items have been reviewed repeatedly, an incident far beyond
our expectation may occur.
Not only follow the precautionary instructions described in the instruction manual but also
try to handle the machine carefully at your discretion all the time.
●
Confirm that no covers are disengaged before operating the machine.
If the machine is used with its cover(s) being detached, a serious accident may occur. Be sure
to attach them in place.
●
Make certain that no person or object comes in contact with the moving mechanisms of the
machine. Then, check safety and power up the machine to start operation.
Do not start the machine unless those working in the immediate area of the machine are
aware of hazards from moving parts.
●
Those who wear implanted pacemakers are not allowed to work inside the machine. This
machine uses strong permanent magnets in the moving areas of the X/Y beams. The
pacemaker may be affected by the magnetism and a serious accident will result.
●

●
If the bank feeder change cart is not set, a clearance will be left at the feeder setting area
and the operator will be exposed to danger.
Be sure to use the machine with the bank feeder change cart being connected.

lubricant, etc.
Respiratory gear : Use when handling organic solvents
