Option SIPLACE HS-50
This option is used to process overlong PCBs on the SIPLACE HS-50 by placing the front half of
the PCB in placement area 1 and the rear half in placement area 2. This is done by moving the
stopper to the output conveyor.
The new stopper can be fitted at different positions to suit the length of the PCB.
The offset from the default stopper is entered in the station configuration on the line computer.
The minimum PCB width is 100 mm, or 140 mm at position three. 2

– Cable stripper
– Crimping tool (AMP)

2.2 Requirements
Station software version: 503.01 or later 2
2.3 Restrictions
(see section 5.1.3 in the software version description LCU 503.01). 2
– the function can only be activated for both conveyor tracks at the same time, i.e. it is not pos-
sible to process one normal and one long PCB together on a dual conveyor.
– if this option is selected, then the "whispering down the line" option is automatically deactiva-
ted.
