1 Montageanleitung Modifikation
Lange Leiterplatte SIPLACE HS-50
Die Option ermöglicht das Bestücken von überlangen Leiterplatten in der SIPLACE HS-50.
Dabei wird im Bearbeitungsbereich 1 die vordere Hälfte der LP und im BB 2 die hintere Hälfte be-
stückt. Ermöglicht wird dies durch das Verlegen des Stoppers ins Ausgabeband.
Je nach Länge der LP kann der neue Stopper an verschiedenen Positionen montiert werden.
Der Offset zum Standardstopper wird am Linienrechner in der Stationskonfiguration eingetragen._1
Die minimale Leiterplatten-Breite beträgt 100 mm, auf Position drei 140 mm. 1

1.2 Voraussetzungen
Stationssoftware-Version: ab 503.01 1
1.3 Einschränkungen
(siehe Kapitel 5.1.3 der Software-Versionsbeschreibung Version LRU 503.01). 1
– die Funktion kann nur für beide Transportspuren gleichzeitig aktiviert werden, d.h. man kann
bei Doppeltransport nicht in einem Transport eine normale und im anderen eine lange LP fah-
ren.
– wird die Option gesetzt, wird die Option "Whispering down the line" automatisch deaktiviert.
