3.5 Log
When one of Ea7992, Ea7994(Rev.01add), or Ea7995(Rev.01add) occurs, the following logs
are outputted.
3.5.1 Error Log
Following error numbers and messages are displayed.
The following details are displayed.
Name Contents
H Head number is displayed.
C Parts number is displayed.
F Feeder set number is displayed.
ChkVac= Check vacuum is displayed.
CurVac= Current vacuum is displayed.
FdrID= Feeder ID is displayed.

3.5.2 Board log
When Ea7992, Ea7994(Rev.01add), or Ea7995(Rev.01add) occurs, it is judged as a pickup
error.
“PickUp Error“ is counted on the board log.
3.5.3 MIS by Board (Rev.1 add)
When Ea7992, Ea7994 or Ea7995 occurs, it is judged as a pickup error.
“Total PickUp Error” and “Total Parts Consumption” are counted on MIS by board.

3.5.4 Program log (Rev.01 add)
When Ea7992, Ea7994 or Ea7995 occurs, it is judged as a pickup error.
“PickUp Error” and “Parts Consumption” are counted on the program log.
3.5.5 Head log
When Ea7992, Ea7994 or Ea7995 (Rev.1) occurs, it is judged as a pickup error.
“Pick Counter” and “Pick Error Counter” are counted on the head log.
“Down Counter” is also counted because the head is moved down in such a case.
3.5.6 Nozzle log
When Ea7992, Ea7994(Rev.01add), or Ea7995(Rev.01add) occurs, “Pick Up Counter” and
“Pick Error Counter” are counted.
