3.5.4 Program log (Rev.01 add)
When Ea7992, Ea7994 or Ea7995 occurs, it is judged as a pickup error.
“PickUp Error” and “Parts Consumption” are counted on the program log.
3.5.5 Head log
When Ea7992, Ea7994 or Ea7995 (Rev.1) occurs, it is judged as a pickup error.
“Pick Counter” and “Pick Error Counter” are counted on the head log.
“Down Counter” is also counted because the head is moved down in such a case.
3.5.6 Nozzle log
When Ea7992, Ea7994(Rev.01add), or Ea7995(Rev.01add) occurs, “Pick Up Counter” and
“Pick Error Counter” are counted.

3.5.7 Feeder log
When Ea7992 occurs, “Feeder Counter” an (Rev.1 delete) “Pick Error Counter” is NOT
counted on the feeder log because SS-feeder is not fed.
(Rev.01 add) When Ea7994 occurs, “Feeder Counter” and “Pick Error Counter” are NOT
counted on the feeder log because the error message instructs operator to rewind the feeder by
manual.
(Rev.01 add) When Ea7995 occurs, “Feeder Counter” and “Pick Error Counter” are counted
because SS-feeder / air feeder is fed.
3.5.8 Parts log
When Ea7992 or Ea7994(Rev.1 add) occurs, “Consumption” is NOT counted because the
feeder is not fed.
(Rev.01 add) Since “Consumption” is not counted, “No Parts Error ounter” is NOT counted as
it is considered that parts exist.
Also,
“Pick Error Counter” is NOT counted. (This pick error counter means error count for
parts consumption)
(Rev.01 add) When Ea7995 occurs, “Consumption”, “No Parts Error Counter”, and “Pick Error
Counter” are counted because feeder is fed.
