The return pusher does not suc-
cessfully push a tray into the
feeder base.
There may be an obstruction on
the conveyor.
► Remove the obstruction and
press the Reset button.
The return cylinder may not have
operated properly.
► Check to see if the return
pusher is firing.
► Check to see if the return
pusher is extending all of the
way.
► Check the pneumatic adjust-
ments for the return cylinder.
► Check the valve block for the
cylinder.
► Check the cylinder itself.
The spring in the return mecha-
nism may be worn out.
► Check the spring, and re-
place it if necessary.
The die are knocked out of the
tray as it returns to the stack.
The tray may be slowing down
too quickly during the “return
slow- down” delay.
► Check the return slow-down
delay setting.
The return pusher may be oper-
ating too quickly.
► Check the pneumatic adjust-
ments for the return cylinder.
