: Mark the drilling positions with the prick punch.
: Drill, countersink and tap the thread.
: Remove the drilling cover.
: Screw the TSP200 firmly in place.

: Detach the power supply from the old conveyor control.
: Connect the power supply cable using connector X79 (cable comes from the main distribution
board, connector xdo8).
: Detach the power supply from the SLIO modules and remove connector xdo7 from the main
distribution board (no longer needed).
: Connect the grounding cable to the machine frame.

: Unplug the CAN bus cable from the old conveyor control and SLIOs and connect the cable to
the new conveyor control as follows:
Connect the last connector (X18am) to the Conveyor 1 terminal (X22ao) and connector
(x34ao) to the Conveyor 2 terminal (X22ap).

: Detach connectors X3am/X6am (or X3an/X6an on the dual conveyor) from the SLIOs and pull
them through the machine to the new conveyor control.

2.7 Installing the conversion board
: Connect any remaining cables on the old conveyor control and SLIO to the conversion board
for the relevant conveyor.
: Detach the old conveyor control.
: Detach and remove the SLIO module from the top hat rail.
: Clean around the components.
: Attach the drilling template and cover the area well.

: Mark the drilling positions with the prick punch.
: First drill pilot holes with a 2 mm diameter bit to prevent the holes running off center.
Then drill with a 3.4 mm bit (rather than 3.3 mm) to make the threads easier to cut.

IMPORTANT:
It is essential to use a thread cutter for blind holes as the material is very tenacious. 2
