1 For safety, use ESD wrist strap to pick up
components that are on the conveyor.
2 Check conveyor belt for contamination
and damage.
3 Clean all debris from belt.
4 Clean the debris stuck on the single disk
flexible coupling.

1 Remove the 12 screws. 2 Extra care has to be taken when removing
loose components.
3 For safety, use ESD wrist strap to pick up
loose components inside the tower.
4 Clean the LM guide block with lint free
clothes.
5 Using a brush, apply thin layer of grease. 6 Inspect for contamination or debris.
