3. Outline
It explains the outline of operations about the following additional functions.
3-1. Transfer of parts from Transit Station to Dump Station （①Transit.St→Dump.St）
3-2. Transfer of parts from Machine-head to Dump Station （②Machinehead→Dump.St）
3-3. Transfer of parts from Machine-head to Pick Position （③Trayback）
3-4. Transfer of parts from Machine-head to Recovery Pallet (Only YS24X)

It transfers parts existing on the supplying routes of dYTF parts to Dump Station on resetting
the operation.
It is necessary to be equipped with dYTF and Dump Station to use this function.
dYTF parts were transferred to Transit Station on resetting the operation before. So operators
had to take them away by the hand. This function makes it easier to take parts away by
transferring them from Transit Station to Dump Station on resetting the operation.

Parts being carried by the machine head are transferred into Dump Station on resetting the
operation.
It is necessary to be equipped with Dump Station.
All parts being picked by the machine head used to be dumped into Dust Box on resetting the
operation. With this function, it became possible to transfer parts to Dump Station on resetting
the operation.

On resetting the operation, picked tray parts go back to the tray where they are picked up.
It is necessary to be equipped with Tray Part Supply Unit.
All parts picked by the machine head were dumped to Dust Box on resetting the operation
before, which might have damaged the parts. In this function, it became possible to return picked
parts to the picking position.

→Recovery pallet (Only YS24X)
Parts being carried by the machine head are transferred to Recovery Pallet on resetting the
operation. It is necessary to be equipped with Tray Part Supply Unit and Recovery Pallet.
Recovery Pallet is supported as standard only for YS24X.
All parts picked by the machine head were dumped to Dust box on resetting the operation
before, which might have damaged the parts when you take them out. It became possible to
return picked parts to Recovery Pallet on resetting the operation.
