Check Dump Station is “Exist” before starting auto-running.

･Check Dump Station is correctly connected with the machine.
･Take parts out of Dump Station if the station is full.

Check Recovery Pallet is “Exist” before starting auto-running.

5. Limitations
▼In the following cases, parts cannot be transferred from Transit Station to Dump Station.
ⅰ) Machine head cannot pick up parts from Transit Station by some reasons,
with 「Ea29207：Ext. tray changer Reset error」 displayed.
(When this error is displayed, remove parts from Transit Station by hand.)
▼About “Dump Station” and “Recovery Pallet”
When [Parts] - [Basic] - [Dump Way] is [Recovery Unit], it transfers parts to either of Dump
Station or Recovery Pallet. Set "EXIST" for either of the following settings. (When both are set to
"EXIST", Dump Station is given to priority.)
・[Machine] – [Machine Information] – [Installation Setting] – [Recovery Pallet] is “Exist” or “None”
・[Machine] – [Machine Information] – [Option Setting] – [Dump Station] is “Exist” or “None”
▼The “Dump” button of the “ Parts Adjust“ screen is not corresponded.
When the “Dump” button is clicked, everything is dumped to Dust Box.
▼Recovery Pallet is supported as standard only for YS24X.
Operations of this function on the other YS and YG12 Series mounters are not guaranteed.
