6.3 中断和重新开始清洗
说明暂时中断工作头清洗的方法和重新开始清洗的方法。
6.3.1 如何中断贴装工作头的清洗
1. 清洗运转中，请按下 CYCLE STOP 按钮。
备注 )在工作头清洗机停止之前，有近 50 秒的时间。要立即使其停止的时候，请按 EMERGENCY
按键。
2. 中断后显示以下的画面，START 按钮闪烁。
备注 ) 打开工作头清洗机的正面门后，START 按钮不闪烁。

6.4 显示出更换过滤器警告时
进行 25 次清洗以后，操作画面上会显示 「Filter exchange notice」。
备注 )即使出现此显示，也可以进行工作头的清洗。
6.4.1 过滤器的更换方法
显示 「Filter exchange notice」时，请废弃受到污染的过滤器，安装新的过滤器。
备注 )油的废弃和处理请按照用户规定的步骤执行。
持续清洗 30 次以后，操作画面会显示 「Filter exchange machine stop」，将停止运行。
请迅速更换过滤器。
