■ マシンでの吸着位置確認
F2-82M はマニュアルスイッチを 1 回押すと部
品を 2mm 送ります。よって、本テープガイドを
使用して、テープをセットした時に、吸着位置
が 2mm ずれる場合がありますので、
下記の手順に従ってマシンのモニタにて吸着
位置を合わせてください。
1. ポケット位置が合っていない場合
⇒部品が吸着位置に出てくるまで
マニュアルスイッチを操作します。

手順 3 へジャンプ
2. ポケット位置が合っている場合
⇒部品が吸着位置に出てくるまで
マニュアルスイッチを操作します。
すでに吸着位置に部品が出ている
場合は上記操作は不要です。
↓
手順 3 へジャンプ
3. 部品が吸着位置に出ていることを確認
し、自動運転を開始します。

and Arm Guide Pin【LG4-M1A4K-500】by a slotted
screwdriver and remove them.
3. Remove the Tape Guide Assy【LG4-M2A40-500】.
