4. Attachment and Detachment of Detachable Plate
Follow the steps below to attach or detach the detachable plate.
While detaching the detachable plate, be sure not to let it interfere
with a nozzle.
4.1 Attachment of Detachable Plate
(1) Pull up the stopper knobs, rotate them by 90° then lock them at
their upper limits.
(2) Insert the detachable plate horizontally along the side face of the
guide plate (internal side).
(3) Rotate the stopper knobs by 90° and release the lock.
(4) Lower the stopper knobs to their lower limits. At this time, confirm
that the stopper knobs are inserted completely into the locate pin
holes.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Preparation for Cleaning
Prepare the following items.
• Tissue Paper (Kimwipe, etc.)
Use a normal tissue paper on the market.
• Rag
Use a rag made of such material as cotton, etc., that produces as less
waste thread as possible.
5.2 Preparation for Grease
Prepare the following items.
• Specified Grease
Teflon Grease BARRIERTA IEL/V (NOK KLUBER)
• Specified Apparatus
Brush and Vinyl Gloves
Use a brush whose bristles do not come off if possible.
Wear a pair of vinyl gloves to apply grease by hand
