5. Maintenance

5.1 Preparation for Cleaning

Prepare the following items.

• Tissue Paper (Kimwipe, etc.)

Use a normal tissue paper on the market.

• Rag

Use a rag made of such material as cotton, etc., that produces as less

waste thread as possible.

5.2 Preparation for Grease

Prepare the following items.

• Specified Grease

Teflon Grease BARRIERTA IEL/V (NOK KLUBER)

• Specified Apparatus

Brush and Vinyl Gloves

Use a brush whose bristles do not come off if possible.

Wear a pair of vinyl gloves to apply grease by hand

Detachable Plate

Every Day Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication

(Teflon Grease BARRIERTA IEL/V)

(1) Detach the detachable plate.

(2) Brush off the fallen components, etc., on the detachable plate with a

tissue paper without wiping off the grease below the components.

(3) Attach the detachable plate.

Be sure to pull out or insert the detachable plate so that

it cannot interfere with a nozzle.

During the cleaning, check the amount of grease on the

detachable plate.

When only a small amount of grease remains on the plate,

wipe off the old grease and apply new one thinly all over the

plate.
