1. Machine Type and Software Version
This function is supported for the following machine type and software version.

2. Overview
At print inspection, view of the inspection camera may warp if the height of board surface
differs because of board warpage. In that case, positions of inspection results may be
misaligned.
“Auto Scale Correction” automatically corrects the scale of inspection camera according
to the actual height of board surface.

3. Setting Method
Settings to use this function are as follows.
3.1. Board data
On the [Inspection] - [Inspection] tab, set [Auto scale] to “Use”.
