The Enable / Disable state of this function in the current production is displayed on [Unit] –
[Conveyor] screen (cf. figure 4.2).

5.Settings
5.1.WayofSettings
From this version, the following settings are added on [Machine Information] - [Installation
Setting] - [Software] (See Fig6.1). When you do not use this function, please set “Disable” on
the following red frame settings.
1. [Stride Board Buffering(Upper)]
2. [Stride Board Buffering(Lower)]
5.1“InstallationSetting”screen
This function can be set individually in upstream (Upper) side and downstream(Lower) side, so
please set “Enable” / “Disable” as needed. Factory default setting is “Disable”.

Unexpected Board is on the conveyor.
On the auto-running or the transfer, two
boards are detected at the same time.
When the stopper of the mount position is
going to rise during sync transfer, this error
occurs when the next board arrives at the
mount position.
Please
move the boards to the transfer
destination position and restart
auto-running.
When this error occurs many times, please
input a value bigger than the present value
on the machine setting [Setting] –
[Mechanical] – [Position] – [Fast Trans Delay
Timer] (note 1).

WARNING:StrideBoardBuffering
UpperSetting
The setting of "Upper Handling" is not
"ADVANCED_GATE" though the setting of
"Stride Board Buffering(Upper)" is "Enable".
It needs to be set "ADVANCED_GATE" so
that "Stride Board Buffering(Upper)" works
effectively.
Please confirm the settings are set as
follows.
1. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] - [Upper
Handling] : ADVANCED_GATE
2. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] - [Stride

machine, please operate the following

1. Reset the downstream machine and this
machine.
2. Press the [EMERGENCY STOP] button of
the downstream machine and this machine.
3. Insert the board from the exit position of
this machine to the wait position of the
downstream machine.
4. Restart auto-running.
