A servo error was found in the movement that the backup base was rising. The
backup jig and pins may be left under the transfer rail.
Cancel the error and perform zeroing operation after that, open the cover to
remove the left backup jig and pins under the transfer rail. Perform the setup
operation again to set the backup jig and the pins to the proper positions.

Support pins /Jig were detected before the backup base starts to rise.
Remove the support pins / jig from the backup base. If the removing operation is
difficult, perform the function to move the support pin changing position.

Error data was transferred in the process of the bad mark transfer.
Remove the P.C.B. and delete the Bad Mark information after checking the
number of the unit P.C.B.'s in the pattern program.
423101 Input Cnvr PCB Overtime
The PCB transport (carry in) from Cnvr Positioning1 did not end in prescribed
time.
