425201 Output Cnvr PCB Detection

PCB's were at inlet and outlet of cnvr.

There is no PCB on the Cnvr The PCB fell while moving to the receiving position.

Please continue production after checking whether the P.C.B has fallen around a

conveyor. Moreover, please execute the zeroing operation of a pertinent conveyer

from the screen of maintenance/unit adjustment/conveyer when the width of the

conveyer has changed.

process.

Please do reproduction after making the P.C.B return to original state.

425215 Output Cnvr PCB Detection

The PCB was detected with the conveyer entrance sensor.

Please return the P.C.B. to the proper position when it is sitting between the

conveyors otherwise, remove the P.C.B. And, the P.C.B. detection sensor might

have had a wrong detection, so please check it to make detections correctly

425216 Output Cnvr PCB Detection

The PCB was detected before carrying-in operation.

Restart the product operation after removing the P.C.B. when it is on the

conveyor.

upon completion of the output operation.

After checking the P.C.B. on the conveyor, continue the product operation. If no

P.C.B. is there, remove the factor why the sensor was detected upon completion

of the output operation.

The machine let the END PCB remove from the conveyor.

Put the P.C.B. on the output conveyor and perform the "START". The product

operation can be continued that why the machine considers as if the P.C.B. put

was the end P.C.B..
