5.5 STREAM 5: EXCEPTION (Alarm) REPORTING
S5F1 Alarm Report Send (ARS)
S5F2 Alarm Report Acknowledge (ARA)
Description: When the equipment detects a change in alarm state (e.g. cover open or
closed), it sends an ARS report message.

S5F3 Enable / Disable Alarm Send (EAS)
