S5F5 List Alarms Request (LAR)
S5F6 List Alarms Data (LAD)
Description: The host requests a status list of possible alarms in LAR. The list is
returned in LAD.

Exception: If zero length item, then all possible alarms must be sent.

Description: TDS is a time driven status report. If a trace has been set up using (S2F23)
TIS, the equipment will periodically send TDS messages (period defined in TIS).
