1-6.Head Illumination Control Board Replacement Procedure
*Tools
a) +Screwdriver(Small), Wrench (5 mm) 2EA
*Part
a) Can head illimination board Ass'y(J9060140E)
1) Separate Board Plate(J7154110B) and Loosen Upper Hex Support
2) Carefully Operate Upper Can Head Board Ass'y
3) Remove Coli Tube (Cut in Minimum Length if Removal is Not Easy)
4) Loosen Lower Hex Support and Remove Connector
5) Replace Board and Assemble Lower Hex Support
6) Re-assemble Coil Tube. Be Careful Not to Break Coil Tube Pipeline
Should Replace with New Coil Tube if the Length is Short
7) Refer Fig 1-6-2 and Assemble Connector to Original Position
8) Assemble CAN Head Board Ass'y to Original Position
9) Assemble Upper Hex Support and Board Plate
