Introduction of ProcessLens

Solder Paste Inspection ProcessLens:

– The inspection machine that inspect the quality of the paste on the PCB after solder paste printer.

1. ProcessEngine programming station.

2. Input: Pasted PCB.

3. Process: Solder paste quality inspection.

4. Output: Inspected pasted PCB.

Role Of An Operator

1. To load Recipe for inspection.

2. To prepare the machine for production.

3. To decide PASS/DEFECT base on pre-set criteria set by Quality Department.

4. To keep machine in operation.

5. Basic troubleshooting.

6. End of shift task.
