4 Setting
4.1 Machine Setting
From this version, the following settings are added on [Machine Information] - [Installation
Setting] - [Software] (See Fig.4.1). When you do not use this function, please set “Disable” on
the following red frame settings.
1. [Stride Board Buffering(Upper)]
2. [Stride Board Buffering(Lower)]

This function can be set individually in upstream (Upper) side and downstream(Lower) side, so
please set “Enable” / “Disable” as needed. Factory default setting is “Disable”.

5 Error Massage
The below is error massages added for this function.
No. Title Cause and Solution
2201
BOARD TRANSFER ERROR
Unexpected Board is on the conveyor.
On the auto-running or the transfer, two
boards are detected at the same time.
When the stopper of the mount position
is going to rise during sync transfer, this
error occurs when the next board
arrives at the mount position.
Please move the boards to the
transfer destination position and
restart auto-running.
When this error occurs many times,
please input a value bigger than the
present value on the machine setting
[Setting] – [Mechanical] – [Position]
– [Fast Trans Delay Timer] (note 1).

WARNING : Stride Board Buffering
Upper Setting
The setting of "Upper Handling" is not
"ADVANCED_GATE" though the setting
of "Stride Board Buffering(Upper)" is
"Enable".
It needs to be set "ADVANCED_GATE"
so that "Stride Board Buffering(Upper)"
works effectively.
Please confirm the settings are set
as follows.
1. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] -
[Upper Handling] :
ADVANCED_GATE
2. [Setting] - [Installation Setting] -
[Stride Board Buffering(Upper)] :
Enable

Unknown board is detected at the wait
position sensor.
The board exists though the wait
positions stopper does not rise.
Please remove the board on the wait
position, and restart auto-running.
Please insert the board into the wait
position again after a board in the
machine is carried out.
7337 BOARD TRANSFER ERROR
The board transfer to lower machine
was failed.
The board may be caught between
machines.
Please move the board to the board
fixing position of the downstream
machine, and start auto-running.

Unknown board is detected at the exit
position sensor.
When the board is not necessary for
the production, please remove the
board and restart auto-running.
When the board is produced by
inserting the board to the wait
position of the downstream machine,
please operate the following
procedures.
1. Reset the downstream machine
and this machine.
2. Press the [EMERGENCY STOP]
button of the downstream machine
and this machine.
3. Insert the board from the exit
position of this machine to the wait
position of the downstream machine.
4. Restart auto-running.

CONVEYOR INTERLOCK ERROR
The entrance sensor at the lower
machine was detected.
There is possibility that the board exist
between machines.
When the function of “Stride Board
Buffering” is effective, W Axis cannot be
moved.
Please press the [EMERGENCY
STOP] button of the downstream
machine and this machine, and
remove the board of the “the board
wait striding the machine” state.
When the downstream machine was
turned off, please turn on the
machine.
Note.1 The [Fast Trans Delay Timer] setting value is the timer to delay the transfer start
timing of the upstream board at sync transfer. The suitable values are different in the
chattering timer, the conveyer speed, the line constitution, etc. When these errors occur,
please set each 30msec big value than a present value, and confirm the operating
properly.
