** If the machine is Flex Configuration, DLM/PP
• Power off machine
• Remove the Head board cover via loosen
the screws
• Remove the head board via removing the
standoffs/screws (between head board and
head board cover)
• Remove the VHI board via removing the
standoffs/screws (between VHI and head
board cover)
** If the machine is Speed DLM Configuration
• Power off machine
• Remove the Head board cover via loosen
the screws
• Remove the head board via removing the
standoffs/screws (between head board and
head board cover)
• Remove the VHI board via removing the
standoffs/screws (between VHI and head
board cover)
Or
• Remove the head board plate via removing
the 6pcs of M4x10 screws

After then, you can remove the head board
plate and mount the new head holder plate
03169554-xx
** If the machine is Flex Configuration, DLM/PP
• Remove the MHCU and power module from
the old head interface board and mount it to
the new head interface board (03163875-xx)
with 4pcs of new M3x10 screws provided
** If the machine is Speed DLM Configuration
• Remove the power module from the old
head interface board and mount it to the new
head interface board (03164654-xx) with
2pcs of new M3x10 screws provided

** If the machine is Flex Configuration, DLM/PP
• Mount back the power module together
with 03163875-xx onto head board plate
• Tightening 2pcs M3 x 50mm screws and
2pcs M3 x 30mm screws provided
• Tightening 2pcs M3 x 10mm screws
provided for 2 new additional mounting
holes
** If the machine is Speed DLM Configuration
• Mount back the power module together
with 03163875-xx onto head board plate
• Tightening 2pcs M3 x 30mm screws
provided
• Tightening 2pcs M3 x 10mm screws
provided for 2 new additional mounting
holes
Or
** If the machine is Flex Configuration, DLM/PP
• Mount back the VHI and head board.
Replace the original 7pcs of M3x40
standoffs with new standoffs provided.
Connect back all the cables and connectors
and secure them well.
** If the machine is Speed DLM Configuration
