Power off machine
• Remove all the connectors to the board
• Unscrew 6pcs of M3 x 10mm Cap Screws
to remove the old board (<FS04) from the
Power Supply Module
• Replace with new low voltage fusing
board (FS05) and secure it back to the
power supply module with 6 x M3 x 10mm
Cap Screws.
• Insert back all the connectors and
machine is ready for power up.
4.3 New eSW for JTF-MW
Tools required:
- M3 Hex screwdriver
- M4 Hex screwdriver
Parts required;
- 03117541-xx PCBA RC/JTF-MW/Stick Feeder Ctrl Bd
- 03155561Sxx JTF-MW Control Board
- 03117450-xx PCBA JTF-MW daughter board
- 03024135-xx Distance Bolt (5pcs)
- 03119141-xx Label f. Control Board JTF-MW
- 03042540-xx ISO 4762 – M3 x 5-A2-70 (7pcs)
• Remove existing Control Board and
Daughter Board.
Note: Some of the existing screws and standoff
will be used back
• Mount JTF-MW Control Board (#03117541)
with M3x9 standoff, M3x14 standoff
(#03024135) and (1x) M3x5 Hex. Cap
Screw (#03042540). Pls paste the new label
(03119141-xx over the existing at the
cover).

Install stacker (#03123074) and (#03123073)
to JTF-MW Control Board (#03117541)
• Mount JTF-MW daughter board (#03117450)
onto stacker 12x2 (#03123074), stacker 7x2
(#03123073), M3x25 (#03046874) and
M3x14 (#03024135) standoff using (7x)
M3x5 Hex. Cap Screw (#03042540).
• Plug connectors into daughter board
(#03117450)
•
Mount controller cover (#03117085) using
(4x) M4x6 lens flange screw (#03046903).
• Functional verification after installation -
Daughter board and JTF-MW Control Board
should be functional after boots up
4.4 D1-127453301 Feeder are in an undefined state after restart of the machine & D1-125647402
Unexpected reboot during feeder eSW download
Machine station software is required to be upgraded to 710.1 SP1 Hotfix04 as required for chapter 4.5
(this hotfix04 will consists of all the fix in hotfix03). All Feeders and FCU must download the latest eSW
version. Kindly refer to the installation manual for assistance

4.5 Gantry Humming/Vibration during movement
Machine station software is required to be upgraded to 710.1 SP1 Hotfix04. Kindly refer to the
installation manual for assistance.
4.6 Collection of Frequency Response Data
Upon complete the activities under 4.5, it is mandatory to capture the frequency response data for
machine from E0001 to E00143. Only ASM Service Engineers can perform this job together with the
diagnostic box allocated to the regional. All data collected are to be saved into the following share
drive:-
\\sgpsv002\Frequency_Response_Collection
Only Assigned/Dedicated ASM Service Engineers have the access to this share drive.
5. Additional information
5.1 Who to do the retrofitting
The retrofitting of the QP2 in the field is to be done by ASM Service Engineers. Distributors are strongly
recommended to support the retrofitting work. Upon completion of each job, the ASM service engineer
has to update the SiscopeXP entry as per TI2006-01C09
5.2 Parts to be sent to below addresses & recipients:
Parts will be consolidating base on Chapter 5.4 information and deliver by mid of July 2018 to recipients
and addresses (see below Table 1 –Regional Contact) for further distribution and actions: -
All parts were packed base on its serial number and ASM Service Engineers are to get the customer
information and details from SiscopeXP or to obtain from the Regional Service Head (an excel data file
would be send separately to the below personnel).
Based on each customer listed, kindly liaise with them to fix the planned schedule not later by
December 2017 for the retrofitting work to be done.
