System Cache
Es kann die Verwendung des Prozessor-Caches eingestellt werden.
Primary and
Secondary
Es wird der prozessorinterne und externe Cache verwendet.
Secondary Cache Size
Hier wird der vom BIOS erkannte Secondary Cache angezeigt.
Shadow and Cache Options
Einstellung von Shadow und Cache-Optionen für verschiedene Speicherbereiche
Diese Einstellung ist lediglich für ISA-Baugruppen relevant, da PCI-Baugruppen stets geshadowed
und gecached werden. Die Cache-Option kann nur aktiviert werden, wenn die Shadow-Option aktiv
ist.
Shadow Der betroffene Speicherbereich (in der Regel ein Option-ROM auf einer
ISA-Karte) wird zur schnelleren Abarbeitung ins DRAM kopiert.
Cache Der Bereich wird zusätzlich gecached.

DRAM Timing
Einstellung des DRAM-Timings
Das DRAM-Timing wird vom BIOS optimal eingestellt und braucht normalerweise nicht verändert zu
werden.
I/O Recovery Times
Einstellung der E/A-Recovery-Times in ISA-Bus-Clocks für 8 Bit E/A und 16 Bit E/A
DRAM Error
Einstellung der DRAM-Fehlerbehandlung des BIOS bei DIMMs mit Parity-Bit.
Der Chip-Satz unterstützt neben der normalen Parity-Behandlung auch die automatische Erkennung
und Korrektur von DRAM-Bitfehlern mittels ECC. Die Einstellung wirkt sich nur aus, falls DIMMs mit
Parity-Bit eingesetzt werden.
None Keine Fehlerbehandlung. Bitfehler werden nicht erkannt.
