Select the module on which the H24 head is attached. Select [Module] – [CPU] and then
follow the pr ocedure be lo w to supply power t o t he head.
(1) Apply a check in OutPutOperation.
(2) Y003 SERVO CONTROL POWER HEAD POWER: ON
(3) Y002 MAS TE R O N: ON
(4) Y001 MACHI N E READY OK: ON and then OFF
(5) Check that X000 SAFETY RELAY OK and X001 SAFETY OK (DELAY) are ON. Check
the IPS monitor jig displays.
(6) Remove t he c heck in [O ut put Operation] .
15. Startup Motion Adjustment Tool. After the communication with the machine, the current
servo count of each axis is displayed. Confirm that the R-axis (Axis 3) is at the
calibration data po sition (Refere nce value: 30000 ± 3000 pulses ) w hich w as r ecor ded in
step 9.
Note: Be sur e to keep thi s position whil e adjusting the I PS camera position.

Adjusting t he Ca m e ra Installati on Posi t ion
1. Press and ho ld t he lower button for a few seconds t o s hi f t to “ADJ MODE”.
2. Press the lower button to shift to “ADJUSTMENT 1” to flash the LED. Adjust the
position of the camera so that the jigs on the B and X holders match up with the green
frames on the s cr een.

3. Use the bolts below to adjust the camera position so that the center value, resolution
and tilt are al l w ithin t olerance.
