Description
Within Europe, the machine
is delivered on a robust
wooden pallet. If sent over-
seas, the machine is pack-
aged in a wooden crate.
Configuration when deliv-
ered
• The lanes of the dual con-
veyor are set to a width of
210 mm.
• Both monitors are disman-
tled.
• Both indicator lamps are
dismantled.

Shuttle Extension
Description
The Shuttle Extension con-
nects a SIPLACE TX place-
ment machine with another
production device in a place-
ment line, even if this has a
different conveyor mode.
The Shuttle Extension bal-
ances the positions of fixed
trolleys (e.g. fixed side on
right to fixed side on outside)
or takes over the distribution
from single to dual lane and
vice versa.
The Shuttle Extension can
be fitted to either the input or
output section of the
SIPLACE TX.
The control system and
power supply is provided by
the downstream or upstream
SIPLACE TX. As part of the
placement line, the
Shuttle Extension is pro-
grammed via SIPLACE Pro.
