1.1 Voraussetzungen

1.2 Aktivieren der Option

Aktivieren der SOKO in der Transport-Firmware via Hyper-Terminal. 1

Die Option ist mit gestecktem X34, X35 und entsprechender Auswahl der Transport-Firmware ak-

tiviert (Vakuum-Tooling mit zwei Vakuum-Sensoren). 1

1.3 Restriktionen

Die Vakuumansaugung ist ausschließlich auf die zu Testzwecken zur Verfügung gestellten Leiter-

platten abgestimmt. Soll auf dieser Maschine ein anderes Produkt produziert werden, bzw. Ser-

vice Tools zum Einsatz kommen , so muss die Maschine auf den Standardtransport

zurückgerüstet werden (siehe 1.11). Die automatische Breitenverstellung muss an der Station de-

aktiviert werden, da beim automatischen Zusammenfahren der Transportwangen Crashgefahr mit

dem Tooling besteht. 1

Bei Druckluftabfall (Hinweis: kurzzeitiger Druckluftabfall) ist die Fixierung der Folie auf der Vaku-

umplatte zu überprüfen. Prozesssicherheit ist nach einem Druckluftabfall nicht mehr sicherge-

stellt. 1
