6.5.2.2 Fitting the Stripping Device (4 mm)
Carefully place the stripping device on the foil
disposal drive as indicated.
Make sure that the stripping device is flush with
the foil disposal drive.
Screw the stripping device to the foil disposal
drive.
6.5.2.3 Removing the Stripping Device (8-88mm)
First remove the foil disposal drive (see - depend-
ing on feeder module - 6.5.1 "Foil Disposal Drive
Assembly" [}37]).
Loosen the screws marked in the figure, at the
top and bottom of the stripping device.
Depending on the width of the feeder module,
there will be up to a total of 4 screws to be
loosened at the top and bottom.
Remove the stripping device.
6.5.2.4 Fitting the Stripping Device (8–88mm)
Depending on the width of the feeder module, there
will be either 1 or 2 screws to be loosened at the top
and bottom.
(1) Insert the slotted screw(s) into the top of the
stripping device.
(2) Hold the stripping device above the drilling for
the screw.
(3) Screw the stripping device to the top of the foil
disposal drive.
This pulls the stripping device against the foil dis-
posal drive.
Screw the stripping device to the bottom of the
foil disposal drive.
Depending on the width of the feeder module,
use 1 or 2 screws for this.
Attention:
Make sure that the stripping device is fully flush
against the foil disposal drive. If not, the tamp wheels
will not engage and the foil will not be pulled in.
Insert the foil disposal drive again (see - depend-
ing on feeder module - 6.5.1 "Foil Disposal Drive
Assembly" [}37]).
