The cables and hoses should be in a single hose. 2
(The photographs do not show the standard version). 2

: Tighten the screws to the fixing plates 2.
: Secure the two guide shafts axially on one side using the preassembled grubscrews.
: Adjust the support for the stopper base unit by placing it on the surface of the attachment and
tightening the preassembled screws.

: Manually move the stopper base unit back and forth on the guide shafts.
If it does not move easily, fit the packing element with an air gap.
: Run the cables and the air line through the large hole in the attachment and sideways from the
outside into the cable duct in the assembly trough.

: Fix the cable and hose carrier.
: Run the cables through the hole into the inside of the machine.
There, run it through the cable duct for the PCB conveyor to the conveyor conversion board or
to the Y-distributor for the air supply.

: Plug the connector into slot X35 on the conversion board in the assembly trough.
