2 Quarter Maintenance
l In order not to damage the mechanical units and to prolong the lifespan of the mechanical
units, use the grease pump and grease specified by TRI when maintain the ball screw and
the linear guideway.

2.1 X-Y Table Clean And Lubrication
Step1. Push the X-AXIS and Y-AXIS to the rightmost and rearmost side
Step2. Loosen hexagon socket bolts by the hexagon socket bolt wrench and then take off
the X-AXIS cover.

Step3. Use a clean fabric to remove original grease on the ball screw and inside the linear
module.
Step4. Use the specified big grease pump to feed specified grease from the grease nipple.
