1. Summary
Purpose of Dual Lane System
1. For energy saving and space saving
Two lines ability by one line cost and space.
->It is realized by measure A in the next page.
2. For shortening of the lead time and reduction of intermediate stock
by producing the both sides of the board simultaneously.
->It is realized by measure A in the next page.
3. For eliminating the loss of board transfer
In the case the board with a few mounting amount, the ratio of transfer
time to production time is large.

Other
“Asynchronous Transfer” and “Synchronous Transfer” are selectable as a transfer mode.
1. “Synchronous Transfer”
A timing of the starting and finishing mounting synchronizes.
The combination with “Each Lanes” mount mode is not possible.
When it is necessary to make the board count at each lanes, this transfer mode is
used.
2. “Asynchronous Transfer”
Each lane works by a timing according to the condition of each.
“Each Lanes”
The production is performed for near side and far side boards sequentially.
Board transfer is executed in one lane during the mounting is executed in the other
lane. So the board transfer CT becomes “0”.
When there are many kinds of parts and it cannot be set at one side feeder plate,
thismount mode is used.

The following two options are selectable.
Type-1 : Producing the same side of board
Type-2 : Producing the both sides of board
The Option setting file is necessary.
When only “Type-1” is set in the machine, the production of both sides of
board cannot be performed.

About the Board Data
The following board data format is available at Dual Lane System.
Combined Board Data (Combined YGX)
This board data is used when production is performed in both lanes.
It is the board data format that summarized two board data in one file.
It can be made only in Y.FacT, and it is impossible to create new board
data at the machine.
Single Board Data ( such as YGX and VIOS )
The conventional format of the board data is available.
This format is used in the case of the production is executed only in
one lane. On the occasion of use, it is necessary to appoint the lane to
start production (later description).
When this board format is used, the one side lane becomes unused,
and the transfer signal or the board transfer does not work.
