: Remove the locking screw on the axis unit and carefully remove it from the extension kit.
: Run the ribbon cables from the SMEMA box throug
h the extension kit towards the conveyor
control. Make sure that you run the cables so that they cannot be damaged when you insert
the axis unit.
: Run the cables along the existing cables and thr
ough the cable duct to the conveyor control.

: Schließen Sie die Kabel gemäß Stromlaufplan an der Transportsteuerung an und stellen Sie
die Jumper für die Schnittstelle auf SMEMA.
Pin allocation D1/D2 (TSP-201)
X1 = Input previous station conveyor track 1
X2 = Output following station conveyor track 1
X4 = Input previous station conveyor track 2
X5 = Output following station conveyor track 2
J1 = SIPLACE /SMEMA previous station
J2 = SIPLACE /SMEMA following station
SIPLACE is allocation 1-2, = TOP in the mounting of the FBG in the machine
SMEMA is allocation 2-3, = BOTTOM in the mounting of the FBG in the machine
Pin allocation D4 Single conveyor / conveyor track 1 double conveyor (TSP-301)
X1 = Input previous station

J1 = SIPLACE /SMEMA previous station
J2 = SIPLACE /SMEMA following station
