3.2. Confirmation of Settings
Power on the machine, and confirm the following settings in machine setting (VmSpec).
1. [Setting] – [Specification Information] – [Mount Nozzle Specification] – [Nozzle Data]
Please confirm the setting of “Nozzle diameter (mm)” for TYPE-311 is “0.8”.
2. [Setting] – [Specification Information] – [Side View Camera Spec] – [Nozzle Basic Setting]
It is not necessary to confirm the setting in the case of the machine that does not equip the
side view camera, the setting item is not displayed.
When “A Nozzle” is selected for Head Type, please confirm the setting of “nozzle tip
width(um)” for TYPE-311 is “730” (which is the size of the new nozzle).

(In the case of YS100) When “F Nozzle” is selected for Head Type, please confirm the setting
of “nozzle tip width(um)” for TYPE-311 is “730” (which is the size of the new nozzle).
* In the machine except for YS100, “0” is set to all the setting values.
When “Compatible Nozzle” is selected for Head Type, please confirm the settings of “nozzle
tip width(um)” for TYPE-311A and TYPE-311F are “350” (which is the size of the old nozzle).
3.3. System Backup
After the work of 3.1 and 3.2, please get the system backup to re-register machine to Y.FacT
P-Tool.

4. Setup Steps in Y.FacT P-Tool
Setup steps in Y.FacT P-Tool to make the compatibility of 311A/311F nozzle are as following.
1. Software Version Up
(Update the information of Mount Nozzle Specification)
2. Re-Register Machine
(Update the information of Side View Camera Spec)
* When Y.FacT P-Tool is not used, the work of this chapter is unnecessary.
4.1. Software Version Up
The function to make the compatibility of 311A/311F nozzle is supported from the following
software versions, so please do software version up when the software that is older than the
following versions is installed.
when the following version has been already installed, it is unnecessary to do the work
mentioned on this document. Please do the work from "4.2 Re-Register Machine".
